Payment & Booking ✶
• Projects under $500 must be paid in full to secure your booking.
• A signed contract is required for all sessions.
Turnaround Time ✶
• Photoshoots run for approximately 3 hours.
• Edited high-resolution images will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
• Final videos will be delivered within 2–3 weeks after the shoot (timeline may vary depending on the project scope).
Revisions ✶
• Video projects include one free revision. Additional changes are $15 per edit.
• Photo edits do not include free revisions. Each change is $15.
Rescheduling & Cancellations ✶
• You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in forfeiting your payment.
• I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to illness, weather, or unforeseen emergencies—with full communication and accommodations.
Late Fees & Tardiness ✶
• A grace period of 15 minutes to in-person photoshoot is allowed.
• After that, a $25 late fee will be added to your session.
• If you're more than 30 minutes late without notice, the session may be canceled without refund.
Creative Direction & Boundaries ✶
• I welcome collaboration, but I retain final say over the creative direction and editing style of all work.
• Please trust my process—my style is part of what you’re hiring me for!
• Excessive revision requests or attempts to control the creative process may result in additional charges or cancellation.
Returns & Cancellations ✶
Due to the nature of creative work, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued once a project has been completed.
Usage Rights & Copyright ✶
All photos and videos I create remain my intellectual property. This means:
• You must ask for my permission before posting, sharing, or uploading any content to public platforms.
• You may not monetize any media (e.g., use it on merchandise, as an album cover, or in promotional materials) unless we have agreed in writing beforehand.
• Licensing for commercial use is available and can be discussed during booking. I’d love to collaborate on projects like music videos, merch designs, or cover art — let’s make it official together!
